ETKİNLİK KURALLARI

• Etkinlik alanına, dışarıdan yiyecek ve içecek getirmek yasaktır.
• Etkinlik anında, fotoğraf ve video çekmek, ses kayıt almak yasaktır.
• Etkinlik anında, telefonların kapalı/sessiz konumda tutulması gerekmektedir.
• Girişler, etkinlik başlamadan 15 dakika önce yapılmaktadır.
• Etkinlik başladıktan sonra, salona kesinlikle katılımcı alınmayacaktır.
• Etkinlik alanında yanınızda bulunan eşyaların sorumluluğunun size ait olduğunu hatırlatmak isteriz.
• Gününde ve saatinde kullanılmayan biletler geçersiz olup, bilet bedeli ve hizmet bedeli iadesi ve/ veya değişiklik yapılması mümkün değildir. Gün ve saatinde kullanılmayan biletlerin iadesi için My Ticket'tan talepte bulunulamaz.
• Biletiniz mücbir sebep ya da etkinliğin iptali haricinde herhangi bir sebeple kullanılamayacak ise, en geç etkinlik saatinden 48 saat önceye kadar, My Ticket ile irtibata geçebilirsiniz.
• Organizasyon sahibi kurum ve/veya kuruluşlar konser verilecek alanlarda ve/veya konser salonlarında oturum düzeni ve planında uygun gördüğü durumlarda yer değişikliği yapma hakkına sahiptir.
• Kullanıcı My Ticket üzerinden satın almış olduğu biletler için etkinlik için geçerli olan yaş sınırı kurallarına uyduğunu kabul eder. Yaş sınırları için satın alınan biletin etkinlik mekanında kimlik ibrazı zorunlu olacaktır. Etkinliğe ait indirimli bilet tanımı olması ve indirimli bilet seçeneği ile bilet satın alınması durumunda Kullanıcı bu indirimli bilete tabi olduğu kabul ve tahaahüt eder. İndirimli biletler için satın alınan biletin etkinlik mekanında kimlik ibrazı zorunlu olacaktır.
• Etkinlik saatine geç kalınması durumunda My Ticketkullanıcının etkinlik mekanına alınması konusunda hiçbir şekilde sorumlu değildir.

Event Rules & Regulations:

• Bringing outside food and beverages into the event venue is prohibited.

• Taking photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings during the event is strictly forbidden.

• Mobile phones must be switched off or set to silent mode during the event.

• Doors open 15 minutes before the event start time.

• Absolutely no admission will be granted after the event has commenced.

• Please note that you are solely responsible for your personal belongings within the event area.

Ticket Terms & Conditions

• Tickets are invalid if not used on the specified date and time. The ticket price and service fee are non-refundable and cannot be changed or exchanged. Refund requests for unused tickets cannot be made to My Ticket.

• If you are unable to use your ticket for any reason other than force majeure or event cancellation, you must contact My Ticket at least 48 hours prior to the event start time.

• The organizing institution and/or entities reserve the right to change seating arrangements and plans in concert areas and/or halls as they deem necessary.

• The User accepts and undertakes that they comply with the age restrictions applicable to the event for tickets purchased via My Ticket. Proof of identity will be required at the venue for age-restricted tickets.

• If a discounted ticket option is available and used, the User accepts and undertakes that they qualify for said discount. Proof of identity will be mandatory at the event venue for discounted tickets.

• My Ticket is in no way responsible for the User's admission to the venue in case of late arrival to the event.
